Virtual Yoga, Stretching, or Low Impact Exercise Classes

Make Your Move Latrobe has experienced and qualified instructors to run you through any of the above class options. These can be catered to your needs and range from 10 minutes of stretching to a 45 minute Low Impact exercise class.

We are now able to dial into the end of your meetings via Zoom or any platform, and deliver these classes virtually and in the comfort of your current working arrangements.
