Website Workout Week 3

This week is a 10 minute Low Impact Exercise Session you can complete at your desk. Low impact Exercises are designed to engage muscle groups without putting strain on your joints with explosive movements. It does this by focusing on balance and controlled movements as opposed to high intensity ones.

You will need a chair & a drink bottle.
Warm-up beforehand, and then follow along!
