Mindful Mondays were a 12 week video series we ran on Facebook, in collaboration with We Are Latrobe.
These videos are roughly 10 minutes long, are include full body stretches you can do at your desk, and 3 minutes of mindful breathing exercises at the end. The aim is to spend some time on a Monday taking care of yourself and your mindset, and here at Make Your Move we thought they would be a great resource any day of the week. Enjoy!
